Step 1  View Properties
The first step of the process involves viewing the properties you have an interest in.  At times such as when they are relocating for a new job, people must rent a property sight-unseen.  It is usually preferable to view the property in person ahead of time to make certain it is the right place for you.

Step 2  Deposit
When you make a decision to rent a property you first provide payment for a deposit.  This is usually done when you are looking at a home and are concerned about the availability changing at a moments notice.  The deposit will not be deposited until the applications have been accepted and the lease has been signed.

Step 3  Application and Background Reports
It’s time to fill out the application and background reports.  Time is of the essence and this process should be completed quickly.  The applications are free and are available online or by request.  The background report has a $25 fee for each applicant and goes directly to the company doing the report.  This report is automatically provided to us.  Simply fill out the short series of questions and pay online to finish that process.

Step 4  Approval
Once approved you will be notified and your deposit will be deposited into the owners account.  The lease will be sent to you and must be completed within 24 hours.  Once completed by all parties and approved by the Owner the process is complete.   Congratulations!  You have secured a property according to the lease terms.

Step 5   Preparation for move in day
