- Rent and maintenance go through the resident portal once you have moved in, from any device.
Renter Questions
How often are new homes posted?
The list above updates automatically as homes become available, so it reflects what is actually open right now rather than a page somebody updates by hand. If it is on the list, it is available.
Can I see a home before I apply?
Yes. Request a showing through the listing for that property. You are not required to submit an application first.
What do you look at on an application?
Screening covers background, credit, income and rental history. Every applicant goes through the same process.
Do you allow pets?
It depends on the property. Pet policies are set per home, and the listing states the policy for that home. If it is not stated, ask before you apply.
Which cities do you have rentals in?
Omaha, Elkhorn, Bellevue, Papillion, Gretna, Bennington, La Vista and Ralston. What is open changes week to week, so it is worth checking nearby cities as well as the one you started with.
I already rent from Red Key. How do I pay rent or request maintenance?
Both go through the resident portal. You can pay rent, set up automatic payments, and submit a maintenance request with photos from the same login.
