Routine Inspections –
We periodically schedule a walk-through “safety check” to monitor the condition of your property. Doing so helps protect your investment. This is an optional service but highly recommended.
Tenant Screening –
The wrong tenant can hinder true investment potential on a property. We can run criminal, credit background checks on anyone in the home over age 18. We make efforts to find tenants who will pay on time and will take care of your property.
